Terms of Service

The agreement between you and Masab Bin Tariq, trading as Masab AI HUB for using Insurance Commission Reconciliation — what the Service does, what it never does, and what each of us is responsible for.

Last updated September 22, 2026

Who you are agreeing with

Insurance Commission Reconciliation (“the Service”) is operated by Masab Bin Tariq, trading as Masab AI HUB (“we”, “us”), at www.insurancecommissionreconciliation.com. These terms are the agreement between Masab Bin Tariq, trading as Masab AI HUB and the agency or person using the Service (“you”).

By creating an account, uploading a file, or paying for a plan, you accept these terms. If you are agreeing on behalf of an agency, you confirm you are authorised to bind it.

You can reach a person at support@insurancecommissionreconciliation.com.

What the Service does, and what it does not do

The Service reads commission statements you upload, matches the lines in them against a book of business you upload, and shows you where the two disagree — short payments, missing commissions, overpayments, duplicates and chargebacks — together with the evidence for each conclusion.

The Service never connects to any other system you use. It does not integrate with an agency management system, does not log in to carrier portals, does not receive carrier feeds, and does not ask for or store credentials to anything. There is no such feature to enable. The only input is a file you chose to upload.

The Service is a reconciliation tool. It is not accounting software, not a system of record, not legal advice, and not a substitute for your own judgement about whether to pursue a carrier for money. What you send to a carrier is your decision and your correspondence.

Your account and your organisation

An account is an email address and a password. An organisation is the agency the account belongs to, and every statement, book record and reconciliation belongs to exactly one organisation.

You are responsible for keeping your password to yourself, for who you invite into your organisation, and for what those people do with it. Each plan includes a set number of users — 1 on Reconcile, 5 on Recover, 15 on Agency — and accounts are not to be shared between people to work around that.

Tell us at support@insurancecommissionreconciliation.com if you believe an account has been used by someone who should not have it.

Your files stay yours

You keep every right you have in the statements, book exports and other files you upload, and in the reconciliations produced from them. We claim no ownership of any of it.

You grant us only the permission needed to run the Service for you: to store your files, extract their contents, match and compute against them, produce your results and exports, and make backups. That permission exists for as long as your data does, and ends when the data is deleted.

We do not sell your data, do not share it with other customers, and do not use it to train anyone's models. The Privacy Policy lists every company that touches it and why.

What you promise about what you upload

Commission statements contain other people's names, policy numbers and premium figures. By uploading a file you confirm that:

  • you are entitled to hold it and to have it processed on your behalf;
  • doing so does not breach your agreement with a carrier, an insured, or anyone else;
  • you will not upload anything you do not need reconciled — medical records, payment card numbers, or government identifiers have no use here and should not be in a file you send us.

For the contents of your statements and your book, you are the controller and we process on your instructions. That relationship is set out in the Privacy Policy.

Plans and what they include

There are three plans, monthly or annual, and the current prices and limits are on the pricing page:

  • Reconcile — $59 a month or $566 a year, up to 1 user, 8 statements a month.
  • Recover — $149 a month or $1,430 a year, up to 5 users, unlimited statements.
  • Agency — $299 a month or $2,870 a year, up to 15 users, unlimited statements.

Plan limits are enforced on our servers. Where a limit is reached, the action is refused with an explanation rather than billed as an overage.

Before paying anything, you get one complete reconciliation free: 1 statement matched against your book, with nothing held back and no card required. There is no permanently free plan.

We may change prices. An existing subscription keeps its price until the end of its current period, and we will email you before a change takes effect on renewal.

Payment, and who takes it

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service enquiries and handles returns.

In practice that means Paddle, not us, is the seller on your receipt and on your card statement, and Paddle is responsible for collecting and remitting sales tax, VAT and GST where they apply. Paddle's own buyer terms apply to the payment itself.

We never see or store your card number. Billing questions of the “what is this charge” and “send me an invoice” kind are answered fastest by Paddle at paddle.net; anything about the Service itself comes to support@insurancecommissionreconciliation.com.

Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from Settings → Billing, which opens your Paddle billing portal.

Refunds

A full refund is available within 14 days of your first payment. After that you can cancel at any time and keep access until the end of the period you have paid for, but the remainder of that period is not refunded.

The full terms, including how to ask and how long it takes, are in the Refund Policy, which forms part of this agreement.

What you may not do

You agree not to:

  • upload anything you have no right to upload, or anything unlawful;
  • attempt to reach another organisation's data, or to test whether you can, other than by telling us about a flaw you have found;
  • resell, sublicense or white-label the Service, or run a service bureau on it for agencies that are not yours;
  • scrape it, automate against it outside features we provide, or copy it to build a competing product;
  • interfere with its operation, or with anyone else's use of it.

If you think you have found a security problem, email support@insurancecommissionreconciliation.com and we will take it seriously. Reporting a flaw in good faith is not a breach of this list.

Accuracy, and the review you have to do

Extraction is automated, carrier statements are inconsistent, and the Service will sometimes read a figure wrongly or miss one entirely. You must review results before acting on them, and particularly before sending anything to a carrier.

The Service is built to make that review possible rather than to hide the uncertainty. A value it could not read at all is shown as an em dash — never as a zero. A value it is unsure of is marked with a dotted underline. Every match shows what it matched against and why, and the review queue exists precisely so that the uncertain cases reach a person.

A dispute packet is a document you send under your own name. We do not contact carriers, do not file disputes, and take no position on whether a variance is owed. Deciding that is your work, and the figures on which you decide are yours to check.

Availability

We aim to keep the Service running and to deploy carefully, but we do not commit to an uptime percentage, do not offer a service-level agreement, and may take the Service down for maintenance. Features may change, and we may withdraw one — if we withdraw something you rely on and you are within a paid period, tell us and we will sort out the money.

We are not certified against SOC 2 or any comparable standard, and we do not claim to be. What we do instead is described on the security page, in full, including what it does not cover.

Ending the agreement

You can stop at any time: cancel your plan from Settings → Billing, and delete your organisation from Settings → General when you are ready. Deleting an organisation removes its records immediately and purges the uploaded files from storage within 30 days. Export your data first — the export button is on the same page — because the deletion is not reversible.

We can suspend or close an account for non-payment, for anything under “What you may not do” above, or where we are required to. Except where something unlawful is going on, we will tell you first and give you a chance to fix it, and we will let you export your data.

Ending the agreement does not end everything in it. “Your files stay yours”, “No warranties”, “Limitation of liability”, “Indemnity” and “Governing law and disputes” all survive it.

No warranties

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

We do not warrant that extraction will be accurate, that every discrepancy on your statements will be found, that a discrepancy we find is genuinely owed to you, or that a carrier will pay it.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, neither party is liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost revenue, lost commissions, or commissions that became unrecoverable because a dispute deadline passed.

Our total liability arising out of or relating to this agreement is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including for fraud.

Indemnity

You will defend and indemnify Masab Bin Tariq, trading as Masab AI HUB against claims arising from files you uploaded that you had no right to upload, from your use of the Service in breach of section 9, and from correspondence you sent to a carrier or anyone else on the basis of a result produced here.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The date at the top changes when we do. For a change that materially reduces your rights we will email account owners at least 30 days beforehand; continuing to use the Service after it takes effect is acceptance, and if you would rather not, cancel and tell us — we will refund the unused part of a period you have already paid for.

Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Punjab, Pakistan.

Before filing anything, email support@insurancecommissionreconciliation.com. Nearly everything is quicker to fix that way, and we would rather fix it.

The rest

These terms, together with the Privacy Policy and the Refund Policy, are the whole agreement between us about the Service. If a court finds one provision unenforceable, the rest stands.

You may not assign this agreement without our consent. We may assign it to a successor in a merger or sale of the business, and will tell you if that happens. Not enforcing something once does not waive it.

Questions about any of the above — write to support@insurancecommissionreconciliation.com. The other two documents are Privacy Policy and Refund Policy.
